Secure Ordering 

All Stop Sweat Fix website pages are hosted on a secure server. When you submit personal information on this site, it is protected with industry-standard encryption. When you place an order, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and payment is processed on their secure payment gateway. This site has no access to your payment information and any refunds are processed via Stripe.

While on a secure page, such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility, the lock icon of your web browser becomes locked. This indicates that the connection between your web browser and our web server is secure. While on a secure page, the ‘http’ on your browser changes to ‘https’.

When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and transmitted with encryption software which meets or exceeds industry standards.

Shipping and Delivery 

Orders are shipped daily via Australia Post. Expected delivery times are 2-6 working days for domestic Australian orders. International orders can take from 12-20 days.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided when placing your order. Stop Sweat Fix is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, customs issues, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control once the item has been shipped.

For international orders, please regularly check the tracking information provided. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the nearest local post office for collection. Most international locations hold parcels for up to 1 month. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.

If an international parcel needs to be re-shipped due to non-collection or return to sender, additional shipping charges will apply.

Customs and Import Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are allowed to be imported into their country. Stop Sweat Fix is not responsible for any delays, seizures, destructions, or losses resulting from customs clearance issues or import regulations in the destination country. If a parcel is confiscated or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions, no refund or replacement will be issued. We recommend that international customers check with their local customs office before placing an order.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. We suggest creating challenging passwords such as those with alphanumeric combinations.

Returns & Refunds Policy

STOP SWEAT FIX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made directly through our website, stopsweatfix.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, along with your receipt, for a refund.

Please note:

  • Refunds are limited to a maximum of two bottles per order.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, the original shipping cost covered by us will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been returned directly to us in their original packaging.

Important:
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to purchases made via stopsweatfix.com. If you purchased your item from a participating pharmacy or any other retailer, our guarantee does not apply. In those cases, returns and refunds are subject to the individual store’s policy. You’ll need to contact the place of purchase directly and follow their return or refund procedures.
