Cancellation policy
At Stop Sweat Fix, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency for all customers. This policy outlines how purchase options such as subscriptions, recurring orders, or scheduled deliveries can be managed or cancelled.
Managing or Cancelling Your Purchase Options
If you have selected a purchase option such as a subscription or recurring delivery, you may modify or cancel your order after the minimum commitment period of two (2) months. After this initial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the customer in accordance with these terms. Customers can cancel through their customer account portal or by contacting our support team at hello@stopsweatfix.com.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your next scheduled billing or shipment date to ensure they are processed before your order is prepared.
Processing of Changes
Once a cancellation or modification request is submitted within the required timeframe, no further charges will be made for future orders. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
Billing and Renewal
If applicable, recurring charges will continue based on the selected delivery frequency until the purchase option is cancelled by the customer.
Confirmation
Once your cancellation has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
